Responsibilities and Duties: Interact with our fellow hosts and guests with a friendly and helpful manner at all times. Comply with Callaway standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operations at all times. Be able to effectively listen to, understand and clarify concerns and issues related to guests. Must be able to accurately count money. Must work well with a team. Be able to work in high-pressure situations while maintaining composure and objectivity. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming to include wearing a name tag and proper uniform. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or manager. Qualifications: Must be flexible with working on weekends and holidays. This responsibility spans over multiple venues and outlets. Working closely with others is required. Open communication is necessary. Must be able to life 25lbs regularly. Must be able to work in any weather condition. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
