Part Time Server- Spurs Club
About The Position
The Role Servers are responsible to provide exceptional guest service to the Spurs Club Members by greeting guests, taking food and drink orders and promoting a great dining experience. Essential Job Functions Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features Take food orders, making note of anu special needs Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked Secures payment for food and beverage orders Provides outstanding customer service Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- All applicants must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to interact with co-workers in order to ensure compliance with company service standards
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be available to work an irregular schedule
- Must be able to work extended hours due to business requirements including late nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent customer service
- Can be trusted to act in a manner that is truthful and values direct, honest communication at all levels of the organization
- Strong interpersonal skills; can effectively communicate and relate to all levels within and outside the organization; creates and builds positive and productive relationships
- Detail oriented
- Ability to work independently and/or in a team environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stand, sit, use of hands to handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Must have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume club or restaurant
