Requirements

Are TRUE to the belief of amazing service and offering the best hospitality.
Have a few years of experience in a fun, fast paced restaurant environment.
The flexibility and availability to work nights, holidays and/or weekends should be doable.
Love working as a team.

Responsibilities

Make guests feel comfortable and establish a personal connection.
Know regular guests by name, their preferences, and needs.
Make thoughtful recommendations based on guest interaction and menu offerings.
Accurately take food/beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
Delivery of food and beverage orders are to standard.
Communicate regularly with and respond promptly/courteously to all guest requests.
Provide exemplary service to include refilling beverages, clearing tables, and exceeding guest expectations.
Flexible during shift to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.
