Hunters Club Server
About The Position
The server is responsible for greeting the guests, seating them, and serving them with a high level of excellence. The server will inform the guests of specials and make suggestions and answer any questions the guest may have regarding menu items including wine. The server will solicit food and beverage orders from the guests and relay them to the culinary staff for proper preparation. The server is responsible for the set-up/tear down and cleanliness of their direct workstations. The server may be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training. Be RBS certified and practice this knowledge daily. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately. Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be age 18 or older
- Must qualify for Tribal Non-Gaming License
- Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the work location
- Must be able to perform basic arithmetic calculations
- Must be customer driven and able to reach each guests wants, needs and be able to exceed their expectations with their dining experience
- Must be able to stand and exert rapid mobility for periods up to four (4) hours
- Must have a good sense of balance, hearing and vision in the normal range, ability to bend and kneel, and can lift and carry up to 30 pounds
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or GED preferred but not required
- None required but three to six months preferred
- A knowledge of fine dining and wine is preferred but not required
