The server is responsible for greeting the guests, seating them, and serving them with a high level of excellence. The server will inform the guests of specials and make suggestions and answer any questions the guest may have regarding menu items including wine. The server will solicit food and beverage orders from the guests and relay them to the culinary staff for proper preparation. The server is responsible for the set-up/tear down and cleanliness of their direct workstations. The server may be required to assist in other departments when necessary or for training. Be RBS certified and practice this knowledge daily. Maintaining Title 31 Compliance accurately. Other duties as assigned.
