Part-time Server
About The Position
The Server ensures guests receive friendly, professional food service. The Server maintains a clean and inviting dining room environment, performs side work, and maintains an inventory of needed supplies. The Server will comply with all health and safety standards in addition to Department of Health regulations. The work is performed in the Zephyrus restaurant, a casual dining establishment located in an active 55+ community in Clearwater, FL. The position is overseen by the Dining Room Manager with the overall direction of the Property Manager. The Server position is a part-time position with scheduled shifts Monday through Friday between 10am and 6:30pm. This position offers an hourly rate plus tip share .
Requirements
- One year of experience in food service preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry trays of food, drinks, and dishes.
- Strong customer service abilities and positive demeanor.
- Understanding of foodservice principles and practices.
- Knowledge of State Department of Health regulations.
- All applicants must successfully complete: Comprehensive background and reference checks Drug and alcohol screen
