Position Summary: Dining Room Servers are responsible for maintaining customer service according to Restaurant standards while providing table service, delivering food, bussing tables, cleaning and using their strong wine and beverage knowledge to upsell during service. This Associate has the knowledge of and maintains sanitary food handling practices. Requirements

MUST BE AVAILABLE EVENINGS AND WEEKENDS (Wednesday through Sunday is required!)
At least 2 years as server, captain, or sommelier in a FINE DINING Restaurant, a plus!
Strong Food, Wine, and Spirits knowledge
Open availability preferred!
Ability to always be positive, attentive and hospitable
A willingness to learn and grow
Able to communicate verbally in an articulate manner.
A valid Responsible Beverage Serving (RBS) Card is required
Must be at least 18 years of age (or have valid work permit)
Must have reliable transportation to work.

Nice To Haves

At least 2 years as server, captain, or sommelier in a FINE DINING Restaurant, a plus!
CMS Certified/WSET 1 or greater a plus
Open availability preferred!
