About The Position

Servers at City Winery are responsible for delivering consistently exceptional guest experiences to patrons. This includes taking orders, serving food and beverages, handling all transactions, assisting guests with inquiries, and anticipating their needs. The role requires a strong work ethic, teamwork, and exceptional guest service skills to ensure that every guest has a memorable experience. The position also involves upselling, increasing check averages, and promoting the City Winery brand during service.
