The Server position at Buffalo Wild Wings is designed to create a unique and personal experience for guests by effectively presenting food and beverage options in an informative, friendly, and enthusiastic manner. In this role, servers will be responsible for accurately taking orders from guests and entering them into the Point of Sale system, ensuring effective communication with the kitchen staff. They will serve food and beverages, check on guests to ensure satisfaction, and take corrective actions as needed. Additionally, servers will handle payment processing and maintain cleanliness and organization in their assigned sections. This includes bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring that the dining area is presentable and inviting. The position also involves following company policies regarding age verification for alcohol service, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Servers must be adaptable and willing to perform various tasks as assigned by management, including FOH support duties, which may require clocking in and out of different job codes based on the tasks performed.
