About The Position

The Phoenix at Braselton is seeking Server's to join their team! The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community’s dining rooms and designated areas in accordance with Phoenix Senior Living standards. Responsibilities include proper dining set-up, providing meal and dining services, and cleaning of the dining rooms. The Server must handle all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full-service senior living preferred.
• Understanding of infection control procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage stress effectively.
• Competent in time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding and embracing the assisted living philosophy.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
