Requirements

• Ability to upsell menu items through persuasive sales techniques.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the Menusifu POS system.
• Provide recommendations on menu items, including upselling specials and promotions.
• Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and cash handling procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
• Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of orders.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations in food service.
