The position also includes setting up and breaking down golf stations every shift and being accountable for checks and cash transactions. Utilization of the Point of Sales System is required, along with following established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders. The role demands adherence to established standards for greeting, cocktail service, food delivery, and general service techniques, including practicing tray service for all food and beverage service. Cross-training in bartending service is required, and safe work practices must be incorporated into job performance. A valid driver license is required for operating the picker for range balls and the golf cart. Regular and reliable attendance is necessary, and the employee may be required to perform other duties as needed.
