About The Position
The position involves providing excellent guest service by engaging with guests, describing food and beverage options, taking orders, efficiently delivering food, and accepting payments. The role also includes informing guests of specials and promotions, answering questions, and making suggestions when asked. Additionally, the server will use up-selling techniques to enhance the dining experience, address guest concerns, and inform the manager as necessary. Maintaining a clean and safe restaurant environment is also a key responsibility.
