About The Position

The Retreat at Sandy Springs is seeking a Server to join their team! The Server is responsible for providing dining and table services to residents and guests in the community's dining rooms and designated areas by Phoenix Senior Living standards. The server is also responsible for proper dining set-up, meal and dining services, and cleaning of the dining rooms. The server handles all foods in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards and complies with all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures regarding food service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Previous experience in dining hospitality and/or full service senior living preferred.
• Understanding of infection control procedures.
• Ability to multi-task and manage stress.
• Competent in time management and organizational skills.
• Understanding and embracing the assisted living philosophy.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and flexible hours.
• Possess written and verbal skills for effective communication.
• Demonstrates good judgment, problem solving, and decision making skills.
