As a server at Johnny Sanchez, you'll be the heartbeat of our dining experience. You'll have the opportunity to guide guests through our menu, share your knowledge of our carefully curated tequila and mezcal selections, and ensure that every meal is memorable. Requirements

• Prior experience as a server in a fast-paced restaurant is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food, wine, and spirits-especially tequila and mezcal-is a plus
• Exceptional communication and multitasking skills
• A positive attitude, team spirit, and a genuine passion for hospitality
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Warmly greet guests, take orders with accuracy, and provide recommendations on menu items, including our signature dishes and beverage pairings.
• Develop a deep understanding of our menu and specials, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Accurately input orders into the POS system and communicate special requests to the kitchen.
• Knowledgeably serve and recommend beverages, particularly tequila, mezcal, and specialty cocktails.
• Ensure that food and drinks are delivered promptly, and check back with guests to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the guest experience through upselling specials, sides, or additional courses.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including tables, dining areas, and server stations.
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and host teams to ensure seamless service.
• Address any guest concerns or issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive dining experience.
• Prepare and present checks, process payments, and thank guests as they depart.
