P.F. Chang's is hiring immediately for full-time or part-time hourly restaurant dine-in food and beverage Servers, Waitresses, or Waiters. As core team members of our scratch kitchen restaurant, all team members must demonstrate customer service expertise by providing an individualized, exceptional guest experience. The role involves delivering an amazing hospitality experience to guests by anticipating, delivering, and exceeding their expectations. Team members will engage guests on menu items, answer questions, and guide them through their dining experience while taking, placing, and serving food and beverage orders, as well as processing payments. Understanding the restaurant seating layout and how to deliver food within the restaurant is essential. We offer a competitive pay structure, including tips, and a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. Paid on-the-job training is provided, and there are opportunities for advancement as we promote from within. Uniforms, including a shirt and apron, are provided at no cost, and team members receive a free meal per shift.
