The main responsibility of a Server is to extend hospitality through prompt, courteous service that you provide to each of our guests. We want you to make our guests feel as if they were in your own home. Providing World Class Service to each and every guest is what sets us apart from all of our competition. The Server is responsible for providing an overall exceptional guest experience to help maintain and attract new guests. They are responsible for suggestively selling the menu to guests, a full understanding of operational standards, policies and procedures. It is important that the Server can effectively demonstrate these standards, policies and procedures. The Server must provide instant guest recognition and satisfaction, maintain excellent service standards, top-quality food and follow all Health Department guidelines and codes. They will also be key drivers in continuous sales that increases and maximizes profits.
