About The Position

Tucker's in Dover is looking for a part-time server with experience who is available to work on the weekends. The schedule for this position would most likely be 1-2 shifts/weekend with the opportunity to pick up additional shifts in Tucker's Dover if/when available. Our servers are the ambassadors of Tucker’s. The server is responsible for "hosting" our guests’ experience. Servers must embrace our culture of consistency, respect, excellence/success, collaboration and integrity. Our guests frequently comment on our cooperative work environment and cleanliness of the restaurant.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server
• Availability to work on weekends
