As a valued member of our staff, you will provide exceptional dining experiences to our residents while supporting their comfort, dignity, and independence. This position plays a key role in helping us maintain high standards of hospitality in a senior living environment.

Requirements

Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred, especially in a senior living or healthcare setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and committed to excellent customer service
Ability to work flexible shifts, including some weekends and holidays
Must be able to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, courteous, and professional table service to residents and guests
Ensure dining room is clean, orderly, and properly set before and after each meal
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely food delivery
Address resident questions and concerns with warmth, patience, and respect
Support residents with special dietary needs or preferences
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
Assist with other dining-related tasks as assigned by supervisors
