Responsibilities

• Take food and drink orders from customers with a happy and positive attitude
• Write orders, enter them in POS, and follow up on orders with kitchen staff
• Engage customers with love and kindness, ensuring they feel welcomed
• Demonstrate an understanding of the food and beverage menu and provide suggestions
• Ensure tables are enjoying their menu and address any issues
• Prepare checks and collect payments in a timely manner
• Ensure all equipment and pits are in proper working condition and provide safety instructions to guests
• Welcome each guest with an enthusiastic greeting and confirm details
• Deliver personalized axe throwing instruction and manage interactive games
• Entertain and engage the group with energy and humor
• Maintain the appearance of the venue to ensure guest satisfaction
• Promote the venue on social media
