Requirements

• Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, especially in fine dining settings.

• Knowledge of culinary terms and kitchen operations is a plus.
• Must be able to handle cash register operations and perform cash handling duties accurately.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including daily specials.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using the restaurant's point-of-sale system.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to guests' tables.
• Maintain knowledge of the menu, including ingredients and preparation methods, to assist guests with dietary restrictions or preferences.
• Handle cash register transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing.
• Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
• Uphold fine dining standards by providing attentive service and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
