NOW HIRING: EXPERIENCED SERVERS for a High-Volume, Upscale NYC Restaurant If you’re a seasoned hospitality professional who takes pride in your craft, Lure Fishbar in SoHo wants to hear from you! We are a busy and popular restaurant known for excellent service and food. We are currently looking to expand our team with professional, reliable, career-minded servers who can meet the demands of our high-volume environment. This is not a learning-on-the-job opportunity . Our team is compensated well for their position at our respected restaurant. We are looking for serious hospitality professionals who are ready to hit the ground running and contribute meaningfully to a high-functioning team. We believe in leading by example, providing clear communication, and offering the tools and structure you need to succeed. You’ll be supported by a present and engaged management team that values professionalism, accountability, and respect.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of NYC serving experience (no exceptions)
Proven experience in high-volume, fast-paced restaurants
Solid food and beverage knowledge (including wine, spirits, and menu fluency)
Must be available Sundays and Mondays (non-negotiable)
Punctual, professional, and dependable —due to the nature of our business, we cannot accommodate frequent call-outs; they will not be tolerated
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
