About The Position

We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our Mama Hong's Team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our guests.

Requirements

• Prior experience in food handling and serving is preferred
• Proficiency in POS systems for order processing
• Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Familiarity with POS or similar restaurant software is a plus
• Strong basic math skills for order accuracy and bill calculation
• Knowledge of OpenTable or reservation management systems is advantageous
• Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
• Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently
