About The Position
We are looking for an experienced and motivated server to join our growing team in Williamsville, NY. About us: Canterbury Woods is a continuing care retirement community unlike any you’ve ever seen. From independent living to a full continuum of care, residents can always expect a lifestyle that meets their needs and interests. Server position details: We are hiring for Full Time (5 days/week) and Part Time positions. Please note that all Full Time positions are eligible for a recruitment and retention bonus of $2,000. The Full Time schedule is 11am - 8pm. The Part Time schedule is 4pm - 8pm. Weekend availability is required for all positions.
Requirements
- No prior experience required! On-the-job training will be provided.
- Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, residents, family members, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests in a fine dining atmosphere.
- Assist in taking orders and serving meals on a timely basis.
- Utilize a point-of-sale system to order and deliver menu items in a timely and efficient manner.
- Work well under general supervision in a fast-paced environment.
