As a Server Virtualization Engineer, you will be a key member of our Technical Assistance Centre, providing expert network support for enterprise customers primarily in the US/Canada regions. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex network and virtualization issues while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Troubleshooting Level 1/2/3 network issues for enterprise customers, with a focus on server virtualization environments
  • Installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting blade and rack servers in virtualized environments
  • Achieving all defined KPIs and SLAs while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Engaging effectively with customers through both written and verbal communication
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to drive issues to resolution efficiently
  • Creating technical documentation covering best practices and troubleshooting approaches
  • Mentoring new team members and sharing knowledge across the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 2 - 4 yrs of experience working in related roles (Tech support)
  • Strong understanding of OSI layers and relevant protocols at each level
  • Knowledge of common LAN, WAN, and Datacenter architectures
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Strong English communication skills (B2 level minimum)
  • Availability to hybrid model in Bogota (2 days on site)
  • Relevant certifications such as CCNA (Desirable)
