About The Position

We are seeking a full‑time Systems Engineer to install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments while resolving complex technical issues.

Requirements

8+ years’ experience working in an information technology setting (MSP experience preferred)
Proven experience of Microsoft Windows Server, including SQL Server
Proven experience with working in a virtualization environment. (Hyper-V, VMware, Azure)
Disaster recovery experience and strong understanding of security, threat detection, prevention and remediation
Knowledge of emerging technologies and initiatives
Ability to seek supplementary knowledge and understanding of systems support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues outside of your knowledgebase
Demonstrate problem solving strategies and practical knowledge
Ability to work effectively with clients
Proficient in IT security
Proficient in backup technologies and concepts surrounding backups including replication
Experience working with and managing a workload which is distributed across multiple teams and departments
M365 experience, including migration, setup, and management
Ability to work independently while taking responsibility for own initiatives
Excellent interpersonal skills
Learn and understand how position is critical to the success of the organization and be willing to accept responsibility and be accountable for own actions
