About the position
Sullivan's Steakhouse is seeking qualified applicants for the position of Server. This role is essential in providing exceptional dining experiences by demonstrating genuine hospitality and thorough knowledge of the menu. Servers will engage with guests, take accurate orders, and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate genuine hospitality while greeting and establishing rapport with guests.
- Guide guests through menus while demonstrating thorough knowledge of food and beverages.
- Take accurate orders and partner with team members to serve food and beverages that meet or exceed guests' expectations.
Requirements
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and hospitality.
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus.
- Strong communication skills.
Nice-to-haves
- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
