JOB DESCRIPTION: The incumbent assists with preparation of foods in the Italian Restaurant. All duties are to be performed in accordance with the departmental and Seminole Casino policies, practices and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- A culinary apprenticeship or an AOS degree from a culinary institution is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
- Must possess a knowledge of sanitation and quality food preparation techniques.
