Requirements

• Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process
• Ability to learn menu items and service procedures
• Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment
• Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
• Ability to learn and follow processes
• This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, creating a positive first impression
• Present and explain the menu, making recommendations and answering any questions
• Take and deliver accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring prompt and attentive service
• Anticipate guest needs, and proactively address any requests or concerns
• Handle payments, process transactions, and provide excellent check-out experiences
