About The Position

As a Server at Crafto Co. Social House, you are more than a food and beverage runner. You are a curator of experience. From the first greeting to the final toast, you set the tone for a memorable visit by delivering thoughtful, seamless service that reflects our passion for craft spirits, elevated cuisine, and genuine hospitality. In this role, you will guide guests through our handcrafted cocktail program and thoughtfully curated menu, confidently taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and creating an atmosphere that feels both energetic and welcoming. You will share your knowledge of our craft spirits, highlight flavor profiles, make recommendations, and help guests discover something new. We are looking for someone who thrives in a lively, fast paced environment and takes pride in anticipating guest needs before they are spoken. A true hospitality mindset is essential. Requirements

  • One or two years of serving experience, preferably in a tasting room, taproom, or craft cocktail environment.
  • Comfort with both bar service and table service duties.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to guest hospitality.
  • Passion for craft cocktails, spirits, and creative drink execution.
  • Outgoing, positive personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining composure and accuracy.
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and available to work nights and weekends.
  • Capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

  • Create a warm and welcoming experience for all guests, whether at the bar or in the dining area.
  • Provide table service, including taking orders, delivering food and drinks, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the visit.
  • Share knowledgeable recommendations about our spirits, cocktails, and menu items.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant bar and service area at all times.
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the Tasting Room team to ensure seamless service between bar, kitchen, and dining areas.
  • Restock bar and service stations, assist with bar prep, and support opening/closing duties.
  • Process payments accurately, including cash handling and point-of-sale transactions.
  • Uphold a high-energy, team-oriented atmosphere while delivering top-tier customer service.
