Requirements

Responsibilities

• Maintain expert-level knowledge of all menu items and confidently answer guest questions about ingredients, preparation, and pairings.
• Deliver prompt, accurate, and courteous service, including taking orders, maintaining drink levels, and clearing unused items.
• Operate the POS system efficiently, processing cash and credit transactions with accuracy.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to needs proactively throughout the guest experience.
• Adhere to alcohol awareness procedures and legal regulations to ensure responsible service.
• Ensure food presentation and quality meet company standards for every plate served.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in your section and assist others as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to foster a positive and productive work environment.
