About The Position

The position involves interacting with guests to ensure their satisfaction and providing personal service that exceeds expectations. Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age.
• High school diploma preferred.
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience with POS systems.
• Attention to cleanliness and safety.
• Guest-oriented approach.
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude.
• Responsible and trustworthy.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests to assure guest satisfaction.
• Provide personal service and attention to detail that exceeds guest expectations.
• Serve food, soda, water, wine, draft beer, and bottled beer.
• Work as a team with fellow associates and other service departments within the casino.
• Support service staff by clearing and cleaning tables and running food.
• Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned.
• Be knowledgeable of other food, beverage, and retail outlets within the casino.
