About The Position

As the Restaurant Server, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring they have a pleasant dining experience. You will be involved in setting up the restaurant/lounge/cafe before opening, maintaining cleanliness during service, and performing cleaning duties after service. Your role will also include engaging with guests, providing excellent service, and ensuring safety and security protocols are followed.

Responsibilities

• Arrive on time to set up the restaurant/lounge/cafe and ensure it is ready to open.
• Keep the dining area clean and attractive throughout the meal period.
• Perform cleaning duties after service, including floors, tables, and buffet areas.
• Pour water and upsell food and beverage items to guests.
• Make helpful suggestions and answer questions about the menu.
• Remember guests' names and favorite choices to enhance their experience.
• Provide prompt and excellent service to create a wonderful dining experience.
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and timely.
• Follow established safety and security policies and procedures.
