About The Position
As a Stadium Club Server at the Caribe Royale Orlando Hotel, you will be at the forefront of providing exceptional hospitality and creating a vibrant atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every visitor to the Stadium Club has an unforgettable experience, enjoying delicious food, refreshing drinks, and outstanding service. With your outgoing personality and commitment to customer satisfaction, you will play a crucial role in making game days and events memorable for all guests. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting guests warmly as they enter the Stadium Club, making them feel excited and appreciated from the moment they arrive. You will skillfully guide guests through the menu, suggest popular items, and take accurate food and beverage orders promptly and efficiently. Delivering orders with enthusiasm and ensuring that all items are presented attractively and served at the appropriate temperature will be key to your success. Additionally, you will proactively upsell specials, promotions, and add-ons to enhance the dining experience and increase sales. Providing knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings, accommodating special requests, and maintaining clean and organized tables will be part of your daily tasks. You will also be responsible for accurately processing bills and handling cash and credit card transactions, ensuring a seamless check-out experience for guests. Engaging with guests in conversation, resolving any concerns or complaints, and collaborating effectively with kitchen and bar staff will be essential to fostering a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. Adhering to food safety and hygiene guidelines will ensure a clean and safe environment for both guests and team members.
