About The Position

Pies & Pints is looking for charismatic, hard-working, and detail-oriented team members to join our team as Servers. We pride ourselves on providing a fun, challenging, and team-based environment. Our restaurant has been recognized by the Food Network, the Cooking Channel, and USA Today for our unique pizza creations, and we want team members who are eager to help us continue that tradition. Requirements

• Ability to work with a team and actively engage with the other team members to achieve a common goal.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow all sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a team-based environment by helping with cleanliness of the dining room, running side work, and helping out wherever is needed.
• Greet every guest with a genuine smile and in a professional manner.
• Walking guests through our food and beer menu items and making suggestions on items that will best fit their needs.
