Requirements

  • Previous serving experience required, preferably in a fast-paced full-service establishment.
  • Excellent communication and professional interpersonal skills required.
  • Must be fluent in English and able to write in basic English.
  • Food handlers’ card and state recognized responsible alcohol certification.
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in accordance with local and state laws.
  • Must be able to continuously stand, walk and lift up to 10 pounds.
  • Must be able to frequently bend, squat, reach overhead, and lift up to 20 pounds.
  • Will seldom be sitting, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and lifting over 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional, service-oriented hospitality to all fans (guests) from arrival through departure
  • Demonstrate full knowledge of menus, specials, beverages, promotions, and events
  • Uphold and model the company’s Pillars of Service in every fan (guest) interaction
  • Resolve fan (guest) concerns, including requesting comps and refunds in the POS (Point of Sale)
  • Create memorable experiences through engaging, personalized service
  • Lead and conduct pre-shift meetings, setting the tone for a connected and high-performing team
  • Manage team breaks and ensure proper coverage throughout the shift
  • Foster a one-team, connected environment by supporting team members as needed
  • Maintain an optimistic, solutions-focused approach when supporting the team and addressing challenges
  • Follow direction from leadership and support operational needs (side work, cleaning, etc.)
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards outlined in training materials and the employee handbook
  • Follow all accounting procedures (credit cards, gift cards, discounts, promotions, and team member meals)
  • Ensure compliance with all state liquor laws and responsible alcohol service
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following company and state safety guidelines
  • Arrive on time, in proper uniform, and prepared for each shift with a service-oriented mindset
  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance
  • Demonstrate strong communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and work well under pressure
  • Consistently demonstrate a positive, professional, and optimistic attitude
  • Attend and actively participate in all required food, beverage, and service trainings
  • Stay up to date on company offerings, standards, and initiatives
