SERVER LEAD (FULL TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for a full time SERVER LEAD position. Location: Quail Haven Village - 155 Blake Boulevard, Pinehurst, NC 28374. Note: online applications accepted only. Schedule: Full time; Days and hours may vary. Weekends and holidays required. Open availability is preferred. More details upon interview. Requirement: Prior supervisory waitstaff experience is preferred. Fixed Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour. Requirements
- Prior supervisory waitstaff experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
- Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
- Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
- Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
- Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
