About The Position

Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a part time SERVER LEAD position. Located at Beatitudes Campus - 1610 West Glendale Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85021, this role involves taking and delivering food/drink orders while creating an overall enjoyable dining experience and promoting a clean and safe environment for guests. The schedule is part time with varying days and hours, requiring open availability. Prior server experience is preferred, but training is available. The fixed pay rate is $17.51 per hour.

• Prior server experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the point person through which all work related requests are communicated to unit management.
• Trains and acclimates new associates to the company culture, the client's culture and the operations.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Promptly addresses and corrects any complaints or issues.
• Assists in the selection and orientation of employees and oversees training of staff in areas of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
