About The Position

Requirements

• Must meet state minimum age for serving alcoholic beverages.

• Experience in a high volume or fast casual dining restaurant environment is preferred.
• Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly manner.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, twist, and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to speak, read, and comprehend instructions and converse with customers.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Enter orders quickly and accurately.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in assigned sections.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure timely service and quality of food.
• Maintain table appearance by pre-bussing and checking drink levels.
• Present checks for payment and provide change as needed.
• Follow HMSHost customer service and cash handling policies.
• Keep the station clean and organized.
