About The Position

Andaz Maui at Wailea is the first resort for the Andaz brand. Situated on Maui's premier southwestern coastline, the 15-acre beachfront resort is located along Mokapu Beach in Wailea, one of the most sought after leisure and resort destinations in the world. IRD servers are responsible for shaping the guests' dining experience through passion, style and personal spirit. Servers will provide insights based on intimate menu knowledge and the desire to ensure complete guest fulfillment as it relates to the dining experience. Position is Full Time Seasonal temporary employment starting September 1 and is expected through the end of November 2025 and may be extended as necessary.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills.
• Must have physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage - serving preferred.
• Must have valid liquor certification.
• Must be able to work on any day of the week including early mornings, days, afternoons, and evenings.
