About The Position

Westminster is a premier retirement community with dedicated and skilled staff, dynamic leadership, innovative services and first class facilities. We are hiring a Hospitality Ambassadors/Server for our Laurel and Rowen Restaurant and Bistro. This position includes an hourly wage, plus an incentive program, for additional compensation of up to $100 or $200 per week. Enjoy a steady schedule, steady hours, and a steady paycheck! And, no late nights - our latest shift ends at 8:30pm.

Requirements

• Hospitality oriented with a pride in serving others in a caring and professional manner.
• Previous restaurant or hotel experience is desired.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for all aspects of table service in our Restaurant or Bistro Cafe.
• Properly sets tables and maintains wait stations in a neat, and sanitary order.
• Takes orders and provides quality customer service both graciously and courteously.
• Clears dishes from tables during and after meal service.
• Communicates effectively any and all menu selections, specials, and resident requests.
• Must be able to become TABC Certified, if not already.
• Answers questions about menu items.
