About The Position
The Riverdale Diner in Shelton, CT is seeking a dedicated and experienced Server to join our team. This full-time position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and handle payments using our POS system. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a diner or full-service restaurant, demonstrating strong customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure. In this role, you will be expected to maintain a positive attitude and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth operations. You will also be responsible for keeping your work area clean and organized, as well as adhering to health and safety regulations.
