About The Position

McKenna Crossing in Prior Lake is seeking Servers to join our team. Variou Hours: FT 11am - 7pm weekdays & every other weekend PT 7am - 2pm weekdays & every other weekend On Call 4pm - 7pm weekdays (may work longer hours on weekends) Wage: $16.56 - $18.88/hr.+ Based on Experience McKenna Crossing in Prior Lake is seeking FT / PT / On Call Servers to join our team. Requirements

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
