Harbor Crossing is seeking a Servers to join the team: On-Call - Morning and Evening shifts Harbor Crossing senior living community in White Bear Lake, Minnesota, offers homestyle living with beautiful views of nature along with the convenience of nearby stores and highways for visiting family and friends. As the name implies, Harbor Crossing is a place where seniors feel safe and supported. Every day, residents are greeted with caring staff, neighboring friends, and endless opportunities to experience new things. This community includes independent living, assisted living and memory care apartment homes as well as supportive services to provide older adults choices to live well today and every day! Requirements

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high-quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
