Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
- Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
- Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.
- The Community is a drug free workplace; associates are subject to adherence to the Company Drug Free Workplace policy.

Responsibilities
- Greet residents and guests warmly
- Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient meal service
- Clear and reset tables to maintain a clean dining room
- Assist with beverage service and meal setup
- Support kitchen and dining staff as needed
- Help create a positive, enjoyable dining experience
- Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
- Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
- Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
- Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
- Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
