About The Position

Allegro Richmond Heights is hiring a Part-Time Server to join our Dining Services team for PM Shift in our senior living community. Requirements

Must be 16 years or older
Previous serving experience required
Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
Strong communication and attention to detail
Ability to pass background screening
Must be a minimum of 16 years of age.
Must pay attention to detail, be flexible/adaptable, have safety awareness, and be a team player.
Must have positive Criminal Background Screening.

Nice To Haves

ServSafe certification
Senior living or hospitality experience
Food serving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve residents with warmth and professionalism
Deliver meals accurately and efficiently
Clear and reset tables to keep dining areas clean and inviting
Assist with meal delivery to resident apartments as needed
Label and date food items properly
Support kitchen and dining team with setup, breakdown, and sanitation
Help make every meal a positive, enjoyable experience
Greet and seat residents and guests in a timely and professional manner as well as approach and interact with residents and guests in a friendly, service-oriented, and professional manner.
Serve food in an efficient and professional manner.
Clear tables of glasses, silverware, dishes, etc. when residents and guests have finished a course or their meal according to Company protocol.
Maintain a clean dining room. Chairs, windows, floors, and all work areas should be wiped down and sanitized after every meal period.
Deliver and retrieve trays to and from residents’ apartments as needed.
Label and date all food.
