About The Position
We are seeking a dietary aide/ Server to join our team 4pm-7pm / 11am-7pm Reports to : Dietary Manager/Food Service Director Job Description : We are seeking enthusiastic high school students to join our team at our nursing facility as part-time kitchen and dining room staff, working the 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM shift. In this role, you will assist in preparing and serving meals to our residents, ensuring a warm and welcoming dining experience. Responsibilities include helping with food prep, serving meals, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen and dining area. This is a great opportunity for responsible, compassionate individuals to gain valuable work experience while making a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service preferred, but not required
- Must have strong communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
