Wage: $15.40-18. 09+/hour BOE Mill Pond is seeking Part-Time Dietary Aides /Culinary Assistants to join our team. (8-20 hours per week, including every other weekend) Available Shifts: 10:00am-3:00pm 4:00pm-8:00pm All schedules require every other weekend availability Complete with walkways and waterfalls, Mill Pond is situated on five acres south of First Street, just off of Delaware Avenue. Nearby Interstate 35 provides convenient access to all Polk County amenities and the greater Des Moines area. Requirements

Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies.
Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

Responsibilities

The Server / Dietary Aide is responsible for creating a high quality dining experience for customers by assisting with meal preparation, dining room preparation, and meal service consistent with regulations and established policies, procedures and best practices.
