About The Position

The NEW Bayside Cafe, located at Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort with a stunning view of the bay and swimming pool, is seeking enthusiastic and personable Servers to provide exceptional service to our guests. This position includes serving guests in both indoor and outdoor dining areas, ensuring a memorable experience with every visit.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a server in a restaurant setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly, providing attentive and friendly service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, offering suggestions and answering questions about the menu.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while adhering to proper serving standards.
• Monitor guest satisfaction, address any concerns, and ensure an enjoyable dining experience.
• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment, including resetting tables and stocking necessary items.
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Process payments accurately and efficiently, following cash handling procedures.
• Uphold Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort's standards of quality, hospitality, and professionalism.
