Requirements

Ability to Thrive in a Popular Environment: Keep calm when things get popular.
Experience Serving Food & Beverages: Previously served alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks in a restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment setting.
Must be of legal age to serve alcohol where required by law.
Ability to lift and move things, handling items up to 50 lb., including lifting, bending, stooping, and carrying.
Ability to be on your feet for most of the day, walking throughout your shift.
Ability to be constantly engaged in a variety of physical activities.
Endurance to keep up the pace in a high-volume working environment, including long shifts or tasks that take time.

Responsibilities

Welcome Players to their bays with energy and enthusiasm, connecting with them about their visit, sharing Topgolf's offerings, and setting the stage for an unforgettable time.
Actively recommend food, beverage, and gaming options tailored to Players' visits to enhance their overall experience and drive sales through thoughtful suggestive selling.
Provide outstanding food and beverage recommendations, take orders quickly and accurately, and keep Bay areas clean and organized by clearing tables, refilling drinks, and maintaining a welcoming space.
Ensure Players have everything they need for a smooth, fun-filled experience.
Be readily available with a strong T-line presence, working seamlessly with fellow Playmakers to deliver an unforgettable Player experience.
Assist with setting up bays and resolving concerns with a smile.
Adhere to safety and sanitation standards, assisting with keeping the bay clean and safe.
