Requirements

• 2 years of restaurant experience
• Food Handler Certification
• Previous server/bartending experience
• Strong knowledge of food safety practices
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Proper Wine presentation and pouring
• Maintain a clean and organized environment
• Adhere to food safety standards and regulations
• Use your wine knowledge to make recommendations and food pairings to guests
• Assist with front of house operations
• Become familiar with appropriate food pairings for wine selections and tastings
• Experience with OpenTable reservations a plus!
